Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2, 2026
This policy explains what personal data Inquro collects, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have.
1. Who We Are
Inquro (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides an AI-powered interview and screening platform. This Privacy Policy applies to personal data we process about visitors, account holders (hiring teams), and candidates who participate in interviews through the Service.
2. Data We Collect
- Account data: name, work email, company, and login credentials for hiring-team users.
- Candidate data: résumés, profile details, interview responses, audio, and code submissions provided during an interview.
- Usage data: log data, device and browser information, and analytics about how the Service is used.
- Payment data: billing details, which are collected and processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. We do not store full card numbers.
3. How We Use Data
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service;
- To run AI interviews, score candidates, and generate evaluation reports for the relevant hiring team;
- To process payments and manage subscriptions;
- To provide support and communicate with you about the Service;
- To detect, prevent, and address security and integrity issues.
4. Legal Bases
Where required by law (for example under the GDPR), we process personal data on the bases of contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation. Candidates provide explicit consent before any interview recording or proctoring takes place.
5. Sharing and Processors
We share data with service providers who help us operate the Service, including cloud hosting, AI model providers, analytics, and our payment processor Paddle. These providers act under contractual obligations to protect your data. Hiring teams receive the candidate data and evaluations generated for their own roles. We do not sell personal data.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service and to comply with legal obligations. Account owners can configure retention and request deletion of candidate data where the Service provides such controls.
7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and at rest and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
9. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
