1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Inquro website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Inquro (“Inquro”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Inquro is an AI-powered interview and screening platform that enables hiring teams to automatically score résumés, conduct live AI interviews with a built-in code editor, apply proctoring, and generate candidate evaluations. Features available to you depend on the subscription plan you select.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis. Our order process and payments are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which handles all billing inquiries and provides customer service for purchases. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may be localized to your currency.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Applicable taxes (such as VAT or GST) are calculated and collected by Paddle where required.

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, discriminatory, or fraudulent purpose, or in violation of applicable employment and anti-bias laws;
• Upload candidate data without a lawful basis or the necessary consents;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems;
• Resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Service as your own.

6. Customer Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of the data you and your candidates submit to the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and process candidate data through Inquro. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Inquro and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated scores and recommendations are decision-support tools only; final hiring decisions remain your responsibility. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inquro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data prior to termination where the Service provides such functionality.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
