Refund Policy
Last updated: June 2, 2026
We want you to be satisfied with Inquro. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
1. Overview
Inquro subscriptions are sold and processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and refund execution on our behalf. This policy describes the circumstances under which refunds are provided.
2. Free Plan and Trials
Our Starter plan is free and requires no payment. Where a free trial of a paid plan is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge.
3. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@inquro.co with your account email and order details, or contact Paddle directly via the receipt you received at purchase.
4. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel before your renewal date. Charges for a renewal that has already begun are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion in cases of a clear service fault.
5. How to Cancel
- Cancel from your account settings within the Service, or contact support@inquro.co.
- After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current paid period.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
7. Exceptions
Refunds may not be available where the Service has been used in breach of our Terms of Service, or for usage that has already been consumed (for example, AI interviews that have already been run on a metered plan).
8. Contact
For any billing or refund questions, contact support@inquro.co. We aim to respond within two business days.
